We can pick you up in any of the following cities in Montgomery County and transport you to IAD, DCA, or BWI airports. Ashton, Bethesda, Burtonsville, Chevy Chase, Darnestown, Damascus, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Glen Echo, Olney, Poolesville, Rockville, Sandy Spring, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, and White Oak or anywhere in Montgomery County. It is unlawful for us to pickup in Washington, DC and transport you to the airport in a Barwood Taxi. We can provide this service in our Executive Coach Sedans.
Picking you up at the Airport or Train Station.
To ensure that you are successfully picked up at an airport or train station, please turn your cell phone on when your airplane has landed or your train has reached the station. If you did not provide a cell phone on your order for you or the passenger, fill in the form below so that we can update your order. We can pickup at the curb, baggage or the entrance of short term parking. If you do not provide a cell phone number on your order, the driver may have difficulty locating you unless you order meet and greet service as described below.

Meet and Greet Service
You are our top priority and Barwood drivers will be happy to meet and greet you at the airport. Meet and greet service is available at all area airports. You can expect an excellent level of service. Your driver will display a clear sign with your name on it, welcome you and introduce him or herself, help with your luggage and escort you to the car.
